The value for money at this lovely little campsite was great! The mobile home was spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, close to World War II museums and a supermarket. The staff, especially the female owner, were polite, accommodating, and even spoke English to us when we struggled with French.
Breakfast choices could be improved, maybe with a wider variety of options.

The mobile home was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen appliances. The campsite offers a nice kids area with slides, bouncy houses, and trampolines, perfect for families. The covered and heated kids pool was a great amenity, allowing us to enjoy the pool even when the weather was not so nice. The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more pleasant. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of attractions to visit nearby.
The activities for teenagers were not available as advertised, and some amenities such as the bar, restaurant, and games room were only open on Saturday evenings.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Camping Le Rivage. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from the D-day beaches and Cherbourg, making it convenient for exploring the area. The swimming pool was a highlight for our little ones, as it provided a safe and enjoyable space for them to learn and practice their swimming skills. The bungalow we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, offering plenty of storage space for our belongings. The peaceful atmosphere of the campsite was also a plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The swimming pool was lit, with cool slides and a chill vibe, making it the ultimate hangout spot. Plus, the location was on point, giving us easy access to the sick D-day beaches and rad World War II museums. The mobile home was super cozy and had everything we needed, like a baby cot , a baby chair , and even a baby bath. this place rocked our socks off!
The only thing we could've asked for was a nighttime party zone. Don't get us wrong, the bar was cool, but we wanted a spot where we could crank up the music, dance like nobody's watching, and have a blast with other young party-goers.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the D-day beaches and Cherbourg. It made our journey home much easier. Additionally, the surrounding area was lovely, providing us with plenty of options for sightseeing and exploring.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the campsite didn't have running water in the chalet we stayed in.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Camping Le Rivage. The mobile home was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the showers were spacious and clean. The owner greeted us warmly and spoke in English when we struggled with French. The on-site swimming pool was a highlight, especially the covered and heated kids pool. The bar had live music one night, but it ended at a reasonable time and didn't disturb our sleep. Loved the play area for younger children, it was well-maintained and had slides, bouncy houses, and trampolines.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The room at Camping Le Rivage was cozy and comfortable, giving me a warm and homely feeling throughout my stay. It had a personal touch that made me feel like I was staying at a friend's place.
Personally, I found the swimming pool a bit small for my liking. But hey, I understand that some people might still enjoy a refreshing dip in it.

This campsite was absolutely amazing! It was super quiet and convenient, with easy access to Second World War museums and a great supermarket. The mobile home we stayed in was mind-blowingly spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with flat-screen TV and all the kitchen appliances we needed. The showers were roomy and clean, and the owner gave us a friendly welcome, speaking English when we struggled with French. The covered swimming pool was a jaw-dropping bonus, with sun loungers and a separate pool for the kids. We loved that they accommodated our request for caravans next to each other, and the access times were totally acceptable. They even allowed pets and had a nice outdoor dining area. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area!
